Directions arriving going north up the A9 towards Inverness. Continue north on the A9 until you see the Kessock Bridge directly in front. There is one large roundabout here. Turn left here and continue along the dual carriageway. On the left you will pass the Mercedes dealership. Continue to the next roundabout and go straight across. Continue until you reach the next mini roundabout. Go straight. Continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit, this will take you across the bridge over the River Ness.
Situate yourself in the right hand lane. At the next roundabout turn right and take the last exit. You will see a small garage on the right. Continue through the traffic lights to the next roundabout. On the left you will see the Currys store and on the right the co-op supermarket. Cross the small roundabout and continue over the Muirtown Canal bridge. After the bridge continue on until the next roundabout which is 20m away.
Turn left here and follow the road until you come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right here and follow the road round until you come to a small roundabout then go straight across. The road gradually veers to left after the roundabout. At this point you will see a single track road going up Leachkin Brae on the right hand side. Turn right on the apex of the bend and go straight up the Brae. Continue right to the very top where you will find Leachkin Lodge.
Directions arriving from the west coast route via Fort Augustus and Drumnodrochit. As you arrive on the outskirts of Inverness take the first junction on the left.... this is right beside the Torvean Golf Club which is on the right hand side. If you miss this turn off and continue you will pass over the Caledonian Canal swing bridge and you have passed the junction. If you turn left correctly or turn right after going back you will pass through the golf course. i.e. greens on either side.
Continue down this road until you arrive at the traffic lights. Turn left here. Follow the road round until you come to a small roundabout then go straight across. The road gradually veers to left after the roundabout. At this point you will see a single track road going up Leachkin Brae on the right hand side. Turn right on the apex of the bend and go straight up the Brae, then continue right to the very top.
